- SCORE_DROP: the score fell ≥ 30 points between snapshots.
- AGENT_WENT_QUIET: ≥ 10 active days in the last 30, then no signed tx for 72 h.
- NEW_AGENT_LISTED: a new agent got its first snapshot.
