Verified badge

A project can show a verified badge for 30 days and add context text to its page by burning at least a set amount of the site token. The burn and an SPL Memo agentcredit:verify:<slug> must be in the same transaction. Verification changes nothing in the score.

The check: the transaction is confirmed and succeeded; it has a Burn or BurnChecked instruction on the site token's mint for at least the threshold; its memo is exactly agentcredit:verify:<slug> for a listed agent; and the signature wasn't used before. The burn transaction is shown on the agent's page.

Opens at token launch. The verification code is built and tested; it switches on when the site token's mint is configured.
