The rules
- DEV_SELL: a dev wallet sold ≥ 0.25% of supply (directly or via one hop within 48 h).
- TREASURY_DROP: agent wallets' SOL + stables fell ≥ 20% in 24 h.
- SCORE_DROP: the score fell ≥ 30 points between snapshots.
- AGENT_WENT_QUIET: ≥ 10 active days in the last 30, then no signed tx for 72 h.
- NEW_AGENT_LISTED: a new agent got its first snapshot.
